National AfterSchool Association's 20th Anniversary Conference
The National AfterSchool Association, a 4-H Afterschool collaborator, holds its 20th Anniversary Conference, March 12-14 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In honor of these 20 years of success, this year's conference will be one to remember with extraordinary events; specialized forums; informative workshops, 63 of which will be presented by 4-H Afterschool affiliates; group meetings; networking; celebration; and Soledad O'Brian, CNN anchor and special correspondent, as the keynote speaker!
This conference has always been a beneficial time for after-school professionals to get together to learn, network and motivate themselves for the upcoming year. The 20th anniversary conference is designed to do just that and more and to celebrate your commitment to the after-school field!
The National AfterSchool Association (NAA) is dedicated to the development, education and care of children and youth during their out-of-school hours. The NAA conference embodies these principles as it offers preeminent professional development experience for after-school professionals in the country. For twenty years, the NAA conference has been the place to connect with colleagues and learn the latest knowledge needed to serve children in high quality after-school and summer programs.
Hotel reservations must be made by February 10 to receive the NAA discounted rate. Additionally, online registrations will close on February 27. Mailed payments must be postmarked by February 25. Otherwise, payment must be brought, along with a $10 fee per registrant, to the conference.
